The Vulgar Way to Eat a Fig

Published over 2 years ago • 1 min read

This one goes out to old D.H. Lawrence.

Chosen by the wonderful Madeline, here we have "Women In Love" from 1969, based on the D.H. Lawrence book from 1920.

I truly loved the fig scene and the dance scenes, all very much up my alley, so probably up yours too.

Watch the fig scene below and enjoy the whole movie here (for free as always) if you so choose.

Dear Reader-- I've missed you, and I'm sad I had to leave you all by yourself for so long. Still, I did it for a good reason. This summer we finished principal photography on "The Bright Side of Life" in Northern California. It was the most difficult and most fun summer I've ever had. Here is some of the footage I shot starring Paige Ramsey, Nina Tarr, and Parker Love Bowling. Anyway, I hope you had a good summer too. You can tell me how yours went if you want. Thanks for reading, Reader. Ryan

Dear Reader-- Just in case you're interested, here's what I've been doing lately... ...working really hard on the movie all day every day. Getting props and equipment and coordinating with everybody. We are about to shoot the first material which should actually be seen on-screen! This is the first scene we are shooting, which tests a number of the techniques that should be used throughout filming. Thanks for reading, Reader. Ryan PS: Feel free to forward these electronic letters to your...

Dear Reader-- Did you know that Abba made a feature film at the height of their stardom? Neither did I. It's a concert film, but I always like the interviews with fans and stuff a lot more than the concert part. There's a lot of that in this. And other weird stuff. I had a good time watching it. I hope you do too. Click the picture below or the link at the bottom to watch the whole thing for free. https://bflix.ru/movie/abba-the-movie-8xx7y/1-full Thanks for reading, Reader.
